There was one fatality. The accident occurred at the Space Center Executive Airport (TIX) Titusville, FL, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. Flight was observed to approach at higher-than-normal airspeed and touchdown at the halfway to three quarters point on the runway. The pilot could not stop the aircraft on the runway. The aircraft overran the runway and nosed over. The canopy collapsed and the pilot received fatal injuries...
