    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW66F0635: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Stalled or mushed during the initial climb. The factors included; wet soft ground. Report remarks include: Takeoff roll slowed by mud. 8 previous takeoffs made successfully from this strip. Incident occurred at or near Lake Charles, LA.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Bay City Municipal Airport (BYY) Bay City, TX, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The 1133-HOUR pilot reported that during the landing roll on runway 31, the airplane started to veer to the left. Subsequently, the airplane exited the runway to the right, nosed over and came to rest in a nose low attitude. The wind reported at the airport approximately five minutes before the accident was from 160 at 7 knots.
