    Markings Applied: 64 751, CA
    Depicted as F-4C 64-0751 which was the aircraft that Medal of Honor winner First Lieutenant Lance Sijan was the WSO for when he was shot down on 9 November 1967. He was assigned to the 480th Tactical Fighter Squadron, 366th Fighter Wing, stationed at Da Nang Air Base, South Vietnam at the time. The 366th is now stationed at Mountain Home, hence the display.
