    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Sily Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej with s/n 101 {2}.

    From 1960 to 1984

    Transferred to 6. Pulk Lotnictwa Mysliwsko-Szturmowego (6th Fighter-Attack Aviation Regiment), Pila, Poland.
    In 1982 unit renamed as 6. Pulk Lotnictwa Mysliwsko-Bombowego (6th Fighter-Bomber Aviation Regiment).

    1964

    Converted to a Lim-6bis by WSK-Mielec at Poland.

    From December 1984 to 1992

    Transferred to 45. Pulk Lotnictwa Mysliwsko-Bombowego (45th Fighter-Bomber Aviation Regiment), Babimost, Poland.
    In 1988 unit renamed as 45. Pulk Lotnictwa Szkolno-Bojowego (45th Training-Combat Aviation Regiment).

    June 1986
