    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Sily Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej with s/n 6131.

    From 18 March 1976 to October 1982

    Transferred to 7. Brygada Lotnictwa Bombowo-Rozpoznawczego (7th Bomber-Reconnaissance Aviation Brigade), Powidz, Poland.

    From October 1982 to April 1991

    Transferred to 7. Pulk Lotnictwa Bombowo-Rozpoznawczego (7th Bomber-Reconnaissance Aviation Regiment), Powidz, Poland.

    1991

    Withdrawn from use.
    Damaged beyond repair due to exceeding load factor during the flight.

    1994

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Sily Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

    By March 1997

    Placed on display with Muzeum Polskiej Techniki Wojskowej (Museum of Polish Military Technology), Warszawa (Warsaw), Mazowieckie (Masovian Voivodeship).
