    There were three fatalities and was one minor injury. The accident occurred at St. Augustine, FL, United States while cruising. The damage was substantial. The commercial pilot was on an instrument flight rules personal cross-country flight. The pilot reported a loss of engine power in instrument meteorological conditions to air traffic control...
