    Transferred to 56. Pulk Smiglowcow (56th Helicopter Regiment), Inowroclaw-Latkowo, Poland.

    From May 1970 to 1992

    Transferred to 37. Eskadra Smiglowcow Transportowych (37th Transport Helicopters Squadron), Inowroclaw-Latkowo, Poland.

    1971

    Unit renamed as 37. Pulk Smiglowcow Transportowych (37th Transport Helicopters Regiment) and relocated to Leczyca-Leznica Wielka Air Base.

    By May 1972

    New serial number assigned: 0614 SPRP

    1992

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Sily Powietrzne Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.

    December 1992

    Placed on display with Muzeum Wojska Polskiego (Polish Army Museum), Warszawa (Warsaw), Mazowieckie (Masovian Voivodeship).
