    Involved in an incident.
    The incident occurred at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport (ATL) Atlanta, GA, United States while standing. The damage was minor. After two aborted takeoffs for a RPM fluctation problem at takeoff power, the crew retd to the cargo ramp. They parked the aircraft, with engines running, adjacent to the ground power cart used for starting the engines. The power cart had been left unattended with the engine running at idle power. After some troubleshooting the crew decided to attempt another takeoff...
