    Crashed.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC66A0137: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 04:59 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Collided with wires and/or poles while on a crop dusting run. The factors included; sunglare. A fire broke out after impact. Incident occurred at or near Ellenville, NY.
