    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MKC70AK057: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 09:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Eldon Airport, Eldon, MO. The flight departed from Ft Leonard Wood, MO, with the destination Omaha, NE. The engine failed or malfunctioned while descending. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; improper emergency procedures. There was a partial power loss with the failure of one engine...
