    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX79FA012: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:45 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Grand Canyon Airport, Grand Canyon, AZ. The flight departed from Las Vegas, NV, with the destination Grand Canyon, AZ. The gear collapsed during the landing rollout. Report remarks include: Retract slide ears failed, below required rockwell hardness.
