    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX70FUT04: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:00 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Santa Barbara, CA. The airframe failed in flight while in flight. The emergency circumstances included; precautionary landing on airport, there was a directional control problem and suspected or known aircraft damage.
