    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. The executive flight departed Kingston-Palisadoes International Airport (KIN/MKJP), Jamaica. The accident occurred at off Kingston (Jamaica) while in the initial climb. Narrative: The Curtiss ditched following an engine failure after takeoff.
