    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW74AF028: There was one fatality. Incident occurred at 14:00 hours. The airframe was destroyed. The flight departed from Paris, TX, with the destination Memphis, TN. Experienced an uncontrolled collision with terrain in an uncontrolled descent. The factors included; low ceiling, rain and fog. The sky conditions were unknown/not reported. The ceiling was 500 feet at the accident site. The visibility was 1 mile or less. The precipitaion was drizzle...
