    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 37747 and operated with these markings: Ellie II.
    Operated by Army Airborne Special Operations Test Board. Used to photograph loads being dropped out of cargo planesAssigned to Pope AFB, NC.

    Notes: This was made at the Pope AFB Open House not long after her pilot, Major Mike Daviss wife, Ellie, passed away. Thus the namesake Ellie II.
