    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA78FA004: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:33 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Miami International Airport, Miami, FL. The flight departed from San Juan, PR, with the destination Miami, FL. Landed wheels up on touch down. The factors included; hydraulic system pumps, material failure and hydraulic failure. Report remarks include: #2 engine hydrualic pump ruptured.
