    6 October 1960

    Constructed as a TSR-2.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n XR220.

    6 April 1965

    The TSR-2 project was cancelled by the Harold Wilson Labour Govt. The aircraft was due to make its maiden flight later that day and all work suspended before the aircraft could fly.

    9 July 1965

    Transferred to AAEE.

    14 October 1966

    Assigned to Moacos Central Stores Depot, Sevenhampton, Swindon, Wilts for storage.
    Engines removed for further use.

    Transferred to Boscombe Down.

    11 April 1967

    To RAF Museum, RAF Henlow, Beds.
    Allotted by the MoD to the RAF Museum.

    4 May 1975

    Placed on display with Royal Air Force Museum, Cosford, Cosford, Shropshire, England.
