    To British Overseas Airways Corporation with new c/r G-AGJV (DOUGLAS C47 DAKOTA 4, 12195).

    17 September 1947

    To British European Airways keeping c/r G-AGJV.

    13 December 1960

    To Derby Aviation, Burnaston, Derby keeping c/r G-AGJV.
    Became British Midland Airways on 1st October 1964.

    14 October 1964

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was damaged but was repairable. The international non-scheduled passenger flight departed Hamburg-Fuhlsbuttel Airport (HAM/EDDH), Germany and was destined for Derby Airport (EGBD), United Kingdom. The accident occurred at Derby Airport (United Kingdom) while landing. Narrative: On contacting Derby on a night flight from Hamburg, the pilot was given the Derby weather as surface wind calm, visibility 2 km, no cloud. He was later informed that radiation fog was developing however, the reported visibility of 2 km was above his minimum...
