    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC80DNA13: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Plymouth Muni Airport, Plymouth, MA. This was a local flight from Plymouth, MA. Ground looped or water swerved on touch down. The gear collapsed on touch down. The factors included; unfavorable wind conditions and at least two or more engines failed. The sky conditions were clear. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited)...

    9 July 1982

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Morrisville Airport Morrisville, VT, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that he landed on runway 19 with a wind from 250 degree at 15, gusting 20 knots. He reported that as the aircraft rolled out, a severe gust of wind was encountered that put the plane on the left gear only. Subsequently, the left gear failed and the left wing, fuselage and propeller were damaged...
