    Constructed as a F-14A-90-GR by Grumman at Calverton, New York, USA.

    Circa 1975

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 159829.

    To VF-2.
    Markings added: NK-201

    From 1976 to 1977

    Participated in the Air Intercept Missile Evaluation (AIMVAL) and Air Combat Evaluation (ACCEVAL) program. The AIMVAL/ACEVAL program took place in the skies over Nellis AFB and tested the combat effectiveness of F-14s and USAF F-15s.

    By August 1983

    Transferred to Naval Air Test Center (NATC), NAS Patuxent River, MD.
    Operated with markings: NAVAL AIR TEST CENTER, 7T-120

    By June 1995

    Transferred to Naval Strike Aircraft Test Squadron, NAS Patuxent River, MD.
    Operated with markings: SD-205, STRIKE TEST

    By February 1998

    Transferred to NAWC-AD, NAS Patuxent River, MD.

    By February 2011

    To Wings Over the Rockies Museum, Lowry Field (formerly Lowry AFB), Denver, CO.
