    Constructed as an A-26C-35-DT by Douglas at Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.

    Circa 1944

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 44-35523.

    Redesignated as B-26C.

    To Aero Atlas Inc, Red Bluff. CA with new c/r N3428G.

    From 1961 to 1962

    Placed in open storage at Medford, OR. Displayed a weathered USAF black scheme, with a hand-painted registration and the perspex was broken.

    2 June 1982

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Dubois-Jefferson County Airport (DUJ) Dubois, PA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The aircraft was being ferried to its home base in Montana. During a landing to refuel, the left main gear collapsed after the aircraft had rolled about 2500 feet and had slowed to about 30 to 40 knots. An inspection revealed that the left main gear beam mounting axle had shifted outboard about three inches. The reason for the shift was not verified.
