    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 41-18541.

    11 June 1943

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. This was a military flight. Narrative: Mid-air collision.

    To Canadian Pacific Airlines with new c/r CF-CPY.

    Converted to a DC-3.

    1960

    To Connelly-Dawson Airways, Dawson City, YT keeping c/r CF-CPY.

    To Great Northern Airways keeping c/r CF-CPY.

    December 1970

    To Northward Airlines keeping c/r CF-CPY.

    1971

    Permanently withdrawn from use.
    Never flown by Northward - used for parts.

    By 1977

    To Joe Muff.

    1977

    To Yukon Flying Club.
    Sold to the club by Joe Muff for $1.

    1981

    Placed on display.
