Crashed.
The accident occurred at the Fort Worth Alliance Airport (AFW) Forth Worth, TX, United States while on appoach. The damage was substantial. Convair 600, N94258, was on a flight with a coml pilot in the left seat a CFI in the right seat. They entered VFR tfc for ils apchs to runway 34. The coml pilot was using a hood; the CFI was providing simulated atc vctrs for an apch. A developmental controller (d/c) was ctlg tfc at the ftw alliance airport under supvn of an instructor...
