    Constructed as a 14T by Avia at Czechoslovakia.
    From late 1980s until 2004 in use as Air Bistro Zena on the premises of a fuel station near the town of Libhost, Czech Republic.In 2004 transported to Air Park Zruc and put on display in CSA livery.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Ceskoslovenske Vojenske Letectvo with s/n 3145.

    To Air Parc Zruc, Zruc-Senec, Plzen.

    Markings Applied: Painted in old CSA colours, as OK-LCC.
    This is not the real OK-LCC; that was c/n 703111.
