    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 81-0723.

    November 1982

    Transferred to 496th TFS, 50th TFW, Hahn AB, FRG.

    March 1984

    Participated in Gunsmoke 85 competition at Nellis AFB, NV.

    October 1986

    Transferred to 159th FIS, 125th FIG, Florida ANG, Jacksonville International Airport, FL.

    June 1987

    Transferred to 186th FIS, 120th FIG, Montana ANG, Great Falls AP, MT.
    Operated with markings: Big Sky Country, Montana

    Circa 1990

    Converted to a F-16A Block 15 ADF.

    15 March 1992

    Transferred to 186th FS, 120th FG, Montana ANG, Great Falls AP, MT.
    Operated with markings: Big Sky Country, Montana

    Markings Applied: Looney Tunes art work was applied to the nose gear door. This aircraft carried Foghorn Leghorn.

    Circa 2001

    Written off.
    The aircraft broke its 357 bulkhead at CFB Cold Lake on a training mission. It was deemed a write-off by depot, mainly by the age of the airframe and the fact that the ADFs were soon to be withdrawn from use anyway.

    Destroyed.
    While on static display at Tyndall, this F-16 was destroyed by Hurricane Michael. It has since been replaced by another F-16A ADF Viper, 81-0608.
