    Crashed.
    At Hamilton, ON, struck the ground heavily 300 feet short of the runway and bounced back into the air and struck the ground again to the left of the runway then ground looped and came to rest on its belly some 1,500 feet from the initial impact point. The crew escaped safely.

    20 June 1986

    Declared category 5 damage.

    7 July 1986

    Declared category 5(S) damage.
