    Involved in an incident.
    A plane overran a runway at Cape Yakataga on Saturday, October 10th, -Images of the scene show damage to the Douglas DC-4 cargo planes nose, with the front landing-gear wheel detached and lying on the grass nearby. Although the plane was carrying fuel, there was apparently no fuel spillage as a result of the accident.

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was damaged but was repairable. The cargo flight departed Kenai Airport, AK (ENA/PAEN), United States of America and was destined for Yakataga Intermediate Airport, AK (CYT/PACY), United States of America. The accident occurred at Yakataga Airport, AK (United States of America) while landing. Narrative: The aircraft had limited braking on a grass runway and overran. The nose gear collapsed.
