    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 54-2816.

    Transferred to 89th MAW, Andrews Air Force Base, MD.

    Circa 1968

    Used to transport President and ex-President Lyndon B. Johnson.

    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was a loss. This was a military flight. The accident occurred at Greenville-Majors Field, TX (GVT) (United States of America) while standing. Narrative: The landing gear accidentally retracted on the ramp. Power was on and propellers turning at time of collapse contributing to damage. The aircraft had just completed an overhaul and was being checked out at time of accident.
