The flight departed from Fairburn, GA, with an unknown destination. Suffered a hard landing on touch down. The gear collapsed on touch down. The factors included; overload failure. Report remarks include: Stalled out abt five feet ovr runway.

Report remarks include: Takeoff on hiway, lost drctnl control hit soft spot on shoulder.
