    Constructed as a Hurricane XII by Canadian Car and Foundry at Fort William, ON, Canada.

    Circa June 1941

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Canadian Air Force with s/n 5487.

    Circa June 1941

    Transferred to 147SQN, Gander, Labradour, Canada.

    22 November 1942

    Crashed.
    At 22:30hrs crashed near Indian Bay Pond, Newfoundland while pilot Sgt A R Taylor was practising night time aerobatics.

    Circa November 1942

    Damaged aircraft put into storage.

    March 1943

    Written off.
