    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Lake Hood Airport Anchorage, AK, United States while taxiing. The damage was substantial. The pilot reported that while performing a wide sweeping left taxi turn toward the shoreline, he observed that his rate of closure with the shoreline was higher than desired. His application of power to make the rudder more effective on the ice to maneuver away from the shoreline was not successful...

    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury. The accident occurred at Kijik River, AK, United States while maneuvering. The damage was substantial. The pilot said he was dragging the strip to check the suitability of the area for a future landing area for hunting clients. During the low pass the right wheel touched down in a hole. The airplane bounced, touched down in another hole, then nosed over.
