Incident occurred at the Palma Sola Airport, Palma Sola, FL. The flight departed from Sarasota, FL, with the destination Palma Sola, FL. The aircraft nosed over on touch down. Report remarks include: Landed with brakes on. Rated pilot being ckd out in make and model.
