    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA71AM114: There were 2 fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:05 hours. The airframe was destroyed. The flight departed from St. Thomas, Vi, with the destination Fajardo, PR. The engine failed or malfunctioned while cruising. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. The factors included; came to rest in water and overload failure. There was complete power loss in the failure of two engines...
