    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX73DUG40: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 13:40 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Skylark Airport, Elsinore, CA. This was a local flight from Elsinore, CA. Collided with another aircraft on the ground during the landing rollout. Report remarks include: Howard land runway 23. Pilot was watching tractor on glider rwy, didnt see piper taxying on runway 11.
