    Constructed as a DHC-3.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 57-6114.

    1 September 1960

    Based in Europe - underwent overhaul at the SABCA plant at Gosselies (near Brussels) in Belgium.

    February 1966

    Moved bases to Africa - south to a new posting, with the United States Mapping Mission to Ethiopia, based at the old airport at Addis Ababa.

    1969

    Transported back to the United States, to the Sharpe Army Depot, Stockton, California.

    From March 1970 to July 1975

    Based with the Aviation Section at Fort Ord,CA.

    16 July 1975

    To Civil Air Patrol (North Central Region) with new c/r N5325G.
    Painted in a garish red, white and blue bicentennial colour scheme.

    December 1976

    To Island Airlines of Port Clinton, OH keeping c/r N5325G.

    20 October 1992

    To Griffing Sandusky Airport Inc, Sandusky, OH keeping c/r N5325G.

    23 July 1993

    Civil registration, N5325G, cancelled.
    Exported to Canada.

    23 August 1993

    To Delay River Outfitters Inc, Trading as Air Schefferville with new c/r C-FQND.

    18 April 1994

    To Waweig Lake Outfitters Ltd of Thunder Bay, ON keeping c/r C-FQND.

    Converted to a DHC-3-T.
    Onverted to a Vazar turbine Otter by Recon Air at Geraldton, Ontario.
