    Transferred to 178th FIS, 119th FIG, North Dakota ANG, Fargo ANGB, ND.

    15 March 1973

    Damaged.
    Three and a half foot end of the left wing of 58-0341 was sheared off in a mid-air collision between 58-0341 and 57-0261. 0341 managed to return to Fargo but 57-0261 crashed near Fessenden, ND. Both of the crew ejected and survived.
