    Robert N. Abbott Jr. reports: In 2011 it is reported to be flyable. The appearence is a badly well worn and faded civilian general aviation paint scheme.with at times a registration barley able to be read it was so faded. It has been moved all around Richmond International over the last 24 years. Last I saw it was sitting just to the side of the main terminal flightline tarmac.
