    Transferred to 2137th Pilot School, Specialized, Four Engine, Hendricks Field, Sebring, FL.

    By June 1945

    Transferred to 2139th Base Unit, Hendricks Field, Sebring, FL.

    28 June 1945

    Involved in an incident.
    Taxi accident at Hendricks Field, pilot Robert V. Mitchell.

    18 September 1947

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 42-84216.

    1948

    Redesignated as T-6D.

    By June 1950

    Transferred to 6147th Tactical Air Control Group, South Korea.

    From Circa June 1950 to Circa June 1952

    Operated as a Mosquito Forward Air Control Aircraft for two years.

    1952

    Converted to mosquito-spraying aircraft.

    1954

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Republic of Korea.

    After retirement from ROKAF, aircraft placed on outside display several years.

    1995

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
