    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number DEN78FA018: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:40 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Lake County Airport, Leadville, CO. The flight departed from Aspen, CO, stopping at Denver, CO, on the way to Leadville, CO. Suffered a hard landing on touch down. The gear collapsed during the landing rollout. The factors included; sudden windshift and overload failure. The sky conditions were clear...

    Summary: The damage to the airframe was substantial. There were 44,333 hours on the airframe at the time. The domestic scheduled passenger flight departed Male International Airport (MLE/VRMM), Maldives and was destined for Dhaalu Atoll, Maldives. The accident occurred at Male International Airport (MLE) (Maldives) while taking off. The airframe was repaired. Narrative: After 14 passengers had boarded the float-equipped Twin Otter, the flight was cleared for west bound takeoff by Male Tower. Wind was 230/09 knots...
