    Constructed as an AD-4N by Douglas at El Segundo, California, USA.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Navy with BuNo 127002.

    Converted to an AD-4NA by Douglas at El Segundo, California, USA.

    Redesignated as A-1D.

    Transported by ship.
    In 1959, French Air Force placed an order for a batch of Skyraiders. Reactivated to flying condition and transported by air to Norfolk. 127002 was delivered to Saint Nazaire by the french aircraft carrier Bois Belleau.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Armee de l Air with s/n 61.
    Taken into account early 1961 by Sferma, 127002 was conveyed in VFR flight to Bordeaux-Merignac site for processing in french standard with code number 61.

    Transferred to Hunt Squadron 3/20.
    Operated with markings: 20-FP

    Transferred to Support Aircraft Squadron 1/21.
    Operated with markings: 21-LN

    Transferred to EAA 2/21 Squadron.
    Operated with markings: 21-ZH

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Force Aerienne Gabonaises with s/n TR-LQE.
    In 1972, it was delivered to arm Gabon President Guards with serial TR-LQE, but there is no evidence that it was really in service.

    To unknown owner with c/r F-AZHK.

    To Avignon-Caumont Airport, Avignon Caumont, Provence-Alpes-Cote dAzur.

    To Jack Spanish, Detroit, MI with new c/r N91989.
    Mr. Spanish, a U.S. broker, tried to redeem it, and it affected provisional registration N91989.

    17 May 1977

    Certificate of airworthiness for N91989 (AD-4, 61) issued.

    1992

    Transported by ship.
    The aircraft never returned to the United States but instead was transferred to Havre, France.

    To Michael Gineste and Maurice Etchetto, France with new c/r F- AZHK.

    June 1993

    After an engine failure in June 1993, it remained immobilized 5 years on Le Mans airfield.

    To Claude Semenadisse.

    Repaired.

    From Circa 1998 to 2009

    Operated by AFAH Association.

    October 1998

    Ferry flight.
    Flown to Castelet Airfield.
