    Destroyed.
    According to the Fort Worth Aviation Museum website, this OH-58A was damaged beyond repair in a windstorm. Fortunately, the wreck was used to restore another OH-58, 70-15469, which was obtained from the nearby NAS JRB Fort Worth.
