    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number OAK76DVG32: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 16:30 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Concord, CA. The aircraft nosed over during the takeoff run. The factors included; came to rest in water. Report remarks include: Aircraft porpoised and sank. Incident occurred at or near Collinsville, CA.
