    Circa August 2018

The Swiss Federal Office for Civil Aviation (BAZL) initiates after the crash of a Ju-52/3 (HB-HOT), the review of all old aircraft in Switzerland, which are used for passenger transport.

    November 2018

The owner association SCFA discovers corrosion on a wing. Further investigation reveals a damaged wing spar.

The BAZL demands a complete overhaul of the HB-RSC in order to get an approval for the passenger transport again, effectively grounding the plane.

The cost of repairs is estimated at 20 million Swiss francs. The SCFA is trying to raise the money.

    1 January 2019

Certificate of airworthiness for N73544 (C-121C, 4175) issued.

    29 April 2019

Unfortunately the SCFA could not raise the montey, so the club was dissolved and HB-RSC was sold.

    1 July 2019

    To unknown owner.
Obtained by a German investor group (Name has not been published yet).

    7 July 2019

The HB-RSC will now be disassembled and transported by truck to Bremgarten Airfield (EDTG) in Germany.
