    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI67A0101: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 01:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Rock County Airport, Janesville, WI. The airframe failed on the ground during the initial climb. Collided with a snowbank while aborting takeoff. The factors included; excessive vibration and fatigue fracture. Report remarks include: Fabric separation at elev. Trim tab hinge and elev-hor. Stab hinge areas...
