    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI67A0101: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 01:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Rock County Airport, Janesville, WI. The airframe failed on the ground during the initial climb. Collided with a snowbank while aborting takeoff.
