    Notes: 2011 photo at Victoria BC - Despite two serious accidents where it crashed and sank, this DeHav Beaver is still going strong in private hands since June of 2011. Originally built for the Peruvian AF in 1967, it was one of the last piston examples when most of the production line was given over to turbos. Postscript: Sadly this Beaver crashed and burned on 13 May 2012 near Kelowna/BC with the loss of 3 lives.

    Went down in the vicinity of Hwy 97C and Brenda Mine Junction near Peachland, BC. Three people perished in the crash.
