    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number LAX77DVA35: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 09:45 hours. The airframe was destroyed. This was a local flight from Bakersfield, CA. The engine failed or malfunctioned while on a crop dusting run. Rolled over while performing a power-off autorotative landing. The factors included; rough uneven terrain. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land...

    9 March 1982

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Delano, CA, United States while maneuvering. The damage was substantial. During the spraying operation of a field border the helicopter main rotor blades came in contact with power lines. The loose wire wrapped around the ballast arms and the landing was accomplished with cyclic steering only.
