    Constructed as a F-86D-55-NA by North American at Inglewood, California, USA.

    Circa 1953

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 53-0768.

    Circa 1957

    Converted to a F-86L.

    By 1958

    Transferred to 14th FIS, 53rd Fighter Group, Sioux City Municipal Airport, IA.
    Operated with markings: FU-768
    Served as a Flight Commander with the 14th FIS. Wore a single command stripe across the fuselage.

    Transferred to 137th Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, 137th FIG, Oklahoma ANG, Will Rogers Airport, OK.

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC).

    After 20 June 1961

    Scrapped.
