    5 March 1962

    Damaged.
    Aircraft damaged when it blew a tire on landing at Selfridge, shearing off the nose gear door. AFLC team at Selfridge worked on the repairs.

    Repair completed.

    24 January 1969

    TDY to Air Defense Weapons Center (ADWC), Tyndall AFB, FL.

    10 February 1969

    Loaned to General Dyanmics/Convair San Diego CA.
    Six-Shooter Prototype with Bob Archibald behind the stick.

    25 September 1969

    Returned from loan to 4750th Test Squadron, ADWC, Tyndall AFB, FL.
