    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 66-7587.

    Transferred to 8th TFS, 49th TFW, Holloman AFB, NM.

    By 1975

    Transferred to 9th TFS, 49th TFW, Holloman AFB, NM.
    Operated with markings: HO

    By October 1975

    Transferred to 417th TFS, 49th TFW, Holloman AFB, NM.
    Operated with markings: HO

    From 3 October 1975 to 5 November 1975

    Sent to Europe as part of the 1975 Crested Cap deployment. The entire 49th TFW was sent to Germany, with the 417th and 8th TFS assigned to Hahn AB, West Germany, while the 7th and 9th TFS were at Bitburg.

    Transferred to 7th TFS, 49th TFW, Holloman AFB, NM.
    Operated with markings: HO

    Transferred to 429th TFS, 474th TFW, Nellis AFB, NV.
