    6 June 1944

    Transported paratroopers of the 82nd Airborne Division to a drop zone near Sainte-Mere-Eglise, Normandy, France on Mission Boston.

    18 September 1947

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 43-15204 as a VC-47A.

    By April 1951

    Transferred to Northern Air Material Area, RAF Burtonwood, UK (NAMA).

    By September 1956

    Transferred to Northern Air Materiel Area Europe, RAF Burtonwood, UK (NAMAE).
    Operated with markings: 0-15204

    By July 1963

    Transferred to 322nd Air Division, RAF Mildenhall, UK.

    Circa 1965

    Transferred to 7th ACS, 38th TMW, Sembach AB, West Germany.

    From Circa October 1967 to Circa 1968

    Converted to an EC-47Q.

    Transferred to 361st Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron (TEWS), 56th SOW, Nakhon Phanom RTAFB, Thailand.

    September 1970

    Transferred to Ubon Royal Thai Air Force Base, Thailand.

    15 May 1974

    Markings Applied: FINI, The Gang, #1
    204 flew the fini flight of the USAFs EC-47 fleet on the included date. It took off from and landed at Ubon Royal Thai Air Force Base, Thailand. The included markings, which were applied with tape, served as fini flight graffiti.

    Circa June 1974

    Assigned to Clark AB, Philippines for storage.
    Flown to Clark AB for reclamation.

    30 September 1974

    Scrapped.
    Scrapped at Clark AB, Philippines.

    Circa 2005
